2. Enter your prescription, choose your lenses and an optional sun lens...
3. Pay for your order and send your frames to us here*:

4. We'll install your new lenses and return your glasses to you within 7-14 days**.
*Please send your frames using a secure shipping method (noting your order number, name and address) as we cannot be held responsible for frames lost in the post.
Reglaze orders can only be delivered by Insured Shipping.
**Depending on prescription and lenses ordered. 90% of orders are completed and dispatched within this time, specialist jobs may take slightly longer.

Q. Why should I choose to re-glaze my glasses?
A. There are many reasons why you may choose to re-glaze your glasses, here are a few:
» You've had your prescription updated and you wish to keep your current frame.
» Your lenses are scratched or damaged and you wish to replace them.
» You wish to replace your current lenses with a different type of lens.
» You purchased a new frame elsewhere and would like us to fit your lenses.
Q. I have a pair of sunglasses with a damaged/scratched lens, can this be reglazed?
A. Certainly, we can reglaze sunglasses for non prescription use, simply select Plano as a lens option at the following step and select the sunglass tint option you require and add the item to your basket. Alternatively, if we can reglaze your sunglasses to include a prescription, you can either have a clear lens option or a sunglass tint option if required.
Please note: If your sunglasses are excessively curved then we may not be able to reglaze this item, please check with us by sending an image through our Customer Services system before you place your order so we can confirm.
Q. My frame is quite damaged, can you repair and reglaze this frame?
A. Unfortunately not, we can only offer a reglaze if the frame is in good condition and not liable to break during the glazing process
