Our Return and Refund policy
We promise to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you return the item to us in re-sellable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we can only refund the price of frame. This excludes any delivery charge and any additional costs on lenses originally purchased. Items supplied with OmniOptics.com.au free lenses will incur a £5.00 charge on return for refund.
A refund for frames, lenses and original postage costs will only be applicable if the error was made by OmniOptics.com.au. Kindly note we are not able to refund any returned postage costs in addition to a full refund however a credit will be held in your account which you can use towards a new order.
